Privacy policy

This site is operated by Meghan Swidler (“I,” “me,” “my”). This policy explains what information I collect through thefoundation.meghanswidler.com, why, and what you can do about it.

What I collect

When you book a call. Booking goes through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address, and whatever you write in the intake fields, and shares it with me. Calendly’s own privacy policy governs what they do with it: calendly.com/privacy

When you email me. If you email meghan@meghanswidler.com, I receive your email address and whatever you send. I keep that correspondence.

When you join a list. If you ask to be added to a future cohort list, I store your email address in Kit, my email platform. Kit’s privacy policy: kit.com/privacy

When you take the Detox Phase Quiz. The quiz runs on Typeform and collects your answers and email address. Typeform’s privacy policy: typeform.com/privacy

When you just visit. I use Fathom Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and understand which sections people read. Neither uses cookies, collects personal data, or tracks you across other websites. Nothing they collect identifies you.

Embedded content. Booking a fit call opens a Calendly scheduler on this page. Calendly may set cookies and collect data about you when it loads, under their policy rather than mine: calendly.com/privacy

What I do with it

I use your information to respond to you, to run the call you booked, to deliver the program if you enrol, and to send you emails you asked to receive. That’s it.

I don’t sell your information. I don’t share it with advertisers. I don’t buy data about you from anyone else.

The companies listed above process data on my behalf as part of running this site. I don’t share your information with anyone beyond that, except where the law requires it.

Health information

If you tell me about your health during a call, in an intake form, or by email, I treat it as confidential and I don’t share it.

Marketing email

If you’re on my email list, every email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. You can also email me and I’ll remove you.

Your rights

Email meghan@meghanswidler.com and I will, within 30 days:

• Tell you what information I hold about you
• Correct anything that’s wrong
• Delete what I hold, unless I’m legally required to keep it
• Send you a copy of it

If you’re in the EU, UK, or California, you have these rights by law. I extend them to everyone regardless of where you live.

How long I keep things

Inquiries and correspondence: 2 years after our last contact. Email list: until you unsubscribe. Client records: kept indefinitely, unless you ask me to delete them.

Children

This site is not for anyone under 18 and I don’t knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

If I change this policy I’ll update the date at the top. Material changes get an email to anyone on my list.
